Please call at least four weeks in advance for a reservation. Each theme is designed for a class of approximately 25 students. We can accommodate more than one class at a time, depending on the theme requested. Groups smaller than 10 will be accommodated; however, you will be charged for a minimum of 10 students. Please arrive 10-15 minutes before your program start time.
To reserve your program, please call 610-432-4333, ext. 153 between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m., Monday through Friday, and provide the following information:
Teacher’s name, if different from your name
School phone and email address
Method of payment (check, credit card, or cash)
Title of program(s)
Preferred date(s) and time(s)
Grade level and number of students

PENNSYLVANIA ACADEMIC STANDARDS
All student programs meet selected Pennsylvania Academic Standards for the Arts and Humanities and are a great way to enhance your visual arts curricula while challenging students intellectually and creatively. They can also be integrated into the teaching of history, math, social studies, language arts, geography, and science, as well as other art disciplines—music, drama, and dance.

CONFIRMATION, CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS
You will receive confirmation of your program by email or mail within seven business days after you have booked your visit. Please call immediately if you have changes, corrections, or a cancellation. Cancellations received less than 24 hours prior to the start of your program will be charged in full.
All program fees are payable, in full, by check, credit card, or cash.
STUDENT AND TEACHER PROGRAM FEES
Self Guided Visits (reservations required, min. 10): $4.00 per student (June-February); $5.00 per student (March-May)
Docent Guided Tour (1 hour): $5.00 per student (June-Februrary); $7.00 per student (March-May)
Gallery Exploration (1.5 hour): $7.00 per student (June-February); $9.00 per student (March-May)
Please Note: All teachers and supervisors are free of charge up to the ratio limit. Pre-K-elementary 1:5 ratio; Middle-high school 1:10 ratio; additional adults pay the student rate.
Field Docent Program (1 hour): $120 (class/30 students max) for Lehigh and Northampton counties; $150 (class/30 students max) for all other surrounding counties

BUS DROP-OFF & PICK-UP
Bus drop-off and pick-up is only permitted on Court Street near the corner of Fifth Street. Parking details are available by request at the time of booking. Metered car parking and pay lots are available in the vicinity. Meters have two-hour time limits.
Chaperoned school groups are welcome in our new store! It’s best to organize manageable groups of about 10 students at a time—with an adult to help them make their purchases. We stock a nice selection of low-priced museum-related items for kids.
