Art Ways Interactive Family Gallery

Kids and families can create original works of art together under the direction of a Museum educator in our Crayola Classroom, free. In Art Ways throughout April, explore different depictions of weather in selections from the Museum’s collection through hands-on “April Showers” projects.

1 p.m.
Sunday Gallery Tour

Museum docents lead a casual gallery tour through a special exhibition or the permanent collection, free. There are two tours today, with the first one through Payne Hurd Gallery and the exhibition The Plain and Ornamental Branches: A Sampling of Pennsylvania’s Girlhood Embroideries.

2 p.m.
Sunday Gallery Tour

Today’s second tour takes you “Across Cultures,” with stops at This Light of Ours: Activist Photographers of the Civil Rights Movement, Rigo Peralta’s mural Transcultural, and select works in our permanent collection.
