Art Ways Interactive Family Gallery

Kids and families can create original works of art together under the direction of a Museum educator in our Crayola Classroom, free. In Art Ways throughout May, explore the forms and functions of flowers, relating symmetry, color, and shape to environment and symbolism through hands-on “May Flowers” activities.

Sunday Gallery Tour

Museum docents lead a casual gallery tour through a special exhibition or the permanent collection, free. There are two tours today, with the first one through Payne Hurd Gallery and the exhibition The Plain and Ornamental Branches: A Sampling of Pennsylvania’s Girlhood Embroideries.

Today’s second tour is through This Light of Ours: Activist Photographers of the Civil Rights Movement.
