Opening day of Bertoia & LV Photo Club exhibitions on FREE Sunday

Admission to the Museum is free every Sunday thanks to generous support from the Gadomski Foundation and the Sylvia Perkin Perpetual Charitable Trust.

Today is the public opening of the special exhibition Reverberations: Sound Sculptures by Harry Bertoia, in Trexler Hall. On view are the sound sculptures that were played at the Allentown Symphony Orchestra’s performance of composer Doug Ovens’s Visible Music on November 4 and 5.

Today also marks the opening of the L.V. Photography Club Juried Exhibition, with a public reception from 1:30 till 3:30 p.m.The exhibition continues in our Community Gallery through December 18.

ArtVentures in Art Ways Interactive Family Gallery
Kids and families can create original works of art together under the direction of a Museum educator upstairs in our Crayola Classroom, free. This month, learn how textile designers like William Morris created intricate patterns inspired by the design movements of the early 20th century, then make your own textile design.
