Director of Administration
The Allentown Art Museum seeks an experienced professional to manage its accounting, financial planning, controllership, and treasury functions in an environment of strategic growth, expansion, and modernization. The Director of Administration also oversees insurance, human resources, building operations, security, museum store, and information technology. This senior position reports to the Executive Director, is a part of the Museum’s Management Committee, attends all Board meetings and works closely with relevant board committees. Requirements include business and financial experience; excellent planning, management, leadership, and communication skills; and BS/BA minimum, master’s degree preferred. Experience in the nonprofit sector is desirable.
