The Allentown Art Museum partners with the Pennsylvania Council on the Arts (PCA) to bring artist residencies to the following counties: Carbon, Lehigh, Monroe, Northampton, and southern Pike. These residencies bring the visual, literary, and performing arts to students across our region, impacting schools, community centers, and alternative education settings in the areas of the arts, health and social services, and environmental education.

Recently, the Museum arranged for PCA-rostered artist Kim Hogan to work with students at Towamensing Elementary School in Carbon County on a glass-mosaic project.
