Third Thursdays are free admission to the Museum!

Celebrate our featured exhibition, Color and Complexity: 30 Years at Durham Press, during Third Thursday! Drawing inspiration from the work on display in the exhibition, try your hand at experimenting with printmaking techniques in our creative studio space.


5:30-7:30PM: Sip and Studio
Grab your friends and head to ArtWays to try your hand at collagraph printmaking using techniques inspired by the artwork from Durham Press.  Spirits will be available for tasting for visitors aged 21 and over.

This month’s Sip and Studio beverages are provided by Black River Farms Vineyard & Winery.

6-6:30PM: Guided Tour of Color & Complexity

6:30-7:30PM: Gallery Talk with Artist Emil Lukas
Born in 1964 in Pittsburgh, PA, Emil Lukas had his first solo show in 1985, before graduating from Edinboro University with a BFA in 1986. He has since continued to exhibit throughout the United States and abroad. Lukas lives and works in Stockertown, PA. Print work can be found at Durham Press.
