Free Fun Sunday
noon–4 p.m.
Sundays at the Art Museum are full of free family fun. Visit our Crayola Classroom between 12:30 and 3:30 p.m. to make your own masterpiece inspired by our collection. Then go on a Treasure Hunt through the galleries together—and stop by the Museum Store afterward to collect your prize. In Art Ways Interactive Family Gallery, explore our Curiosity Wall, express yourself on the chalk wall, and make an art project to take home.
Admission to the Museum and all exhibitions and programs is free every Sunday thanks to generous support from City Center Allentown, the Gadomski Foundation, and the Sylvia Perkin Perpetual Charitable Trust.
Today is opening day of the Lehigh Art Alliance exhibition in our Community Gallery.

ArtVentures for families
Kids and families can create original works of art together under the direction of a Museum educator in our Crayola Classroom, free. This month, take a look back in time to colonial Latin America in the exhibit Power and Piety: Spanish Colonial Art. The paintings, sculpture, silver pieces, and decorative objects can help us understand the daily life and religious practices of that era. Put your own spin on these decorative and devotional objects and create something unique.

Family workshop with Angel Suarez-Rosado
Join artist Angel Suarez-Rosado for a free tour of our special exhibitions followed by a family workshop where Angel will demonstrate some of the creative techniques he uses in his work.

Film: Blanco
This documentary is about six albinos of different ages that live their lives with normalcy despite their appearance, visual impairment, and the inevitable changes their skin undergoes due to the sun. The Museum’s documentary film series is part of the HeARThstone Project, which is supported by the generosity of the Harry C. Trexler Trust.
