Event Details

Admission to the Museum and the permanent collection is free every Sunday thanks to generous support from City Center Allentown, the Gadomski Foundation and the Sylvia Perkin Perpetual Charitable Trust.

Admission to the special exhibition Who Shot Sports is free to members; admission to Sports for nonmembers on Sundays is $8 for adults, $6 for ages 7-17, or $20 per family (2 adults and any number of children). Children under 6 are free. Family programming in Art Ways and the galleries outside of the Who Shot Sports exhibit remain free on Sunday.Group tours can be scheduled in advance for $7 per person (10 person minimum).

Kids and families can create original works of art together under the direction of a Museum educator upstairs in our Crayola Classroom, freeThis month, explore the intersection of fashion and fine art. Draw connections between the clothes depicted in the exhibition Who Shot Sports and the sports-themed prints in Who Wore Sports.

Guided tour of Who Shot Sports

No reservation is needed to join this guided tour of our special summer exhibition, which is free for members or with exhibition admission.

Panel Discussion:“Sports, Aesthetics and Material Culture”
The photographs in Who Shot Sports were chosen for their global context and aesthetic, cultural and historical significance.This free panel discussion aims to unpack the exhibition by delving more deeply into the significance of the images while examining the role of aesthetics in sports and the impact of material culture and how we view a photograph.
