Relax! Let the Museum’s new exhibition Sleep Tight! Bedcovers and Hangings from Around the World inspire you to prepare for
a good night’s rest.
We have partnered with Shanthi Project, a local nonprofit providing evidence-based mindfulness services, to offer virtual guided mindfulness meditations to help viewers slow down, restore calm, and prepare for restful sleep.
No prior experience of mindfulness practice needed. Register for one or all sessions. Please wear comfortable clothing and tune in while sitting, reclining in bed, or lying comfortably on the floor with a pillow and blanket.
