Introduce your kids to the accomplishments of America’s space program with a day of lunar-themed fun in Allentown’s downtown Arts District. Start your day here at the Art Museum with a special hands-on art project with a space theme in our ArtWays Interactive Family Gallery before walking across Arts Park to Symphony Hall for a family friendly “To the Moon and Back!” concert by Allentown Symphony Orchestra complete with images from NASA and music from Star Wars, Apollo 13, and 2001: A Space Odyssey. Free admission to the Museum for your entire family when you show your Symphony concert ticket at the Museum front desk. For details about the concert, click on the moon-walking astronaut below!
