Washi Art Making & Tour

After viewing Washi Transformed: New Expressions in Japanese Paper, create your own art from 12pm to 3pm with collage artist Rei Ukon during a chigiri-e (ちぎり絵) workshop. Direct translation meaning torn image, chigiri-e is a collage style using pieces of washi (和紙), traditional Japanese paper, to create an unique images. This workshop has limited capacity and is available on a first come first serve basis in the Rodale Classroom.
