The Allentown Art Museum and the Lehigh Valley Anti-Trafficking Collaborative are partnering to raise awareness about the problem of human trafficking. During the first Lehigh Valley Anti-Trafficking Week the Museum will screen PBS39‘s Emmy-winning documentary Close to Home: Human Trafficking and host an art exhibit featuring works by women advocates and survivors. The works will be created through an artist residency, coordinated by the Museum, of the Arts in Education (AiE) program through a grant from the Pennsylvania Council of the Arts (PCA) with mosaic artist Kim Hogan.

The mission of Lehigh Valley Anti-Trafficking Week is to abolish human trafficking in our community by building a united front to educate and equip our community to take action.
