Daria’s interactive music performance
Didgeridoos, congas, bongos, box drums, and rattles made from the toes of goats! Come discover amazing and wonderful world-music traditions in DARIA’s live interactive music performance.

Daria (Daria Marmaluk-Hajioannou) has spent almost three decades performing in the United States and around the world creating community-building music. Along with numerous national awards for her culturally diverse music, Daria is the author of the MLK Day Song I Have a Dream as well as the Earth Day anthem used around the world, We’ve Got the Whole World in Our Hands. She’s also the author of several other new classics for kids including Beautiful Rainbow World, a World Oceans Day song, and a song about tolerance featuring the Muslim Greeting.

Cheers, Allentown! Start your evening at the Museum with good spirits and good friends in our upstairs Art Ways Lounge while making art that explores Latino traditions in printmaking. Kilimanjaro Distillery will be providing samples of some of their many varieties of spirits. Participating persons must be at least 21 years of age.
