Kevin Lynn was born and raised in the West to a family of cowboys and ranchers. His first interest in art came through 8mm films his father shot of him competing in rodeos. The many hours he spent manually cutting and editing those films with his father sparked an interest, first in the classic films of Ford and Peckinpah. Kevin worked as an actor in TV and film until he realized his talent was looking through the Lens. Shooting everything he could, he soon became successful in shooting beauty and portraits.
Along the way, a chance meeting with an art director for a winery turned into a long-standing relationship with the Wine Industry. His work has been featured at The High Museum, the Saratoga Wine Festival, and in numerous publications, including the Sommelier Journal, Sonoma Magazine & Wine Spectator. Over the years, he has created artwork for 30-plus wineries and several distilleries. Kevin’s latest personal work has evolved into an abstract form based on his experiences with all things wine.
