When 2025 AAM summer Marketing intern Alice Frank helped launch the Museum’s TikTok channel last May 29, we were humbly hoping to get the word out about our exhibitions, events, and programs to a new audience through this popular social-media platform. Now, a year in, we are wowed by the level of enthusiasm our TikTok has generated!

With our current Marketing & Social Media Coordinator, Gail Schoepple, posting a daily dose of art history, scenic views of our galleries, and fun facts—emphasis on fun—about our events and programs, we’ve grown our TikTok presence greatly.

A recent reel honoring the Artemis II voyage with images of the moon in our collection received 25,000 views and 8,000 likes, while a video highlighting our Tiffany windows generated 40,000 views and 7,200 likes. Our most popular TikTok, highlighting some of the animals that appear in works in our galleries, currently has more than 115k views and 21k likes.

So, if you’re on TikTok now or looking for a reason to join the platform, follow us @allentownartmuseum to add more art into your digital life. You are also invited to follow us on Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube.
