Join us for a peaceful members-only morning at the Museum! Soothe your mind, body, and soul with art, yoga, and mindfulness in the quiet hours before we open to the public. Each session, taught by Dona Jones of the Shanthi Project, consists of 45 minutes of gentle yoga flow followed by 15 minutes of relaxing mindfulness practices, helping to reduce stress and anxiety, increase focus and emotional regulation, and improve overall health and wellness. Coffee and light breakfast items are offered. Bring your own mat or use one of ours.
