Help the Allentown Art Museum continue to celebrate the artistic heritage of the Lehigh Valley for generations to come.

Making a planned gift to the Museum will assist in growing the vitality and support the permanence of the institution and its collections, exhibitions, programs, and endowment. Planned gifts may be designated for a particular purpose or may be unrestricted to provide the Museum with the flexibility to use the gift where the need is the greatest.

The Ann Penn Allen Society was established to recognize and honor those donors who have thoughtfully chosen to include the Museum in their plans for the future through current gifts and future bequests from their estates.

The Museum offers many planned giving opportunities, all of which can be tailored to meet your specific financial and estate-planning needs, and in ways from which you can financially benefit during your own lifetime. You may make a gift to the Museum by choosing one or more planned-giving vehicles, including a bequest, charitable remainder trust, charitable lead trust, retirement plan, life insurance, and much more.

A planned gift offers numerous advantages, including the opportunity to:

  • obtain income for life for yourself, spouse, partner, and family
  • convert low-yielding or non-income-producing assets into lifelong income
  • reduce or eliminate capital gains costs and/or estate-tax liability
  • enjoy a significant income-tax deduction
  • make a very important donation to the Allentown Art Museum or even a possible naming opportunity for a location or program at the Museum.
