Frame 37 is a photo based co-operative that explores visual rhetoric and dialogue. Working independently and collectively the members–Photographers Luke Wynne, Theo Anderson, and Ed Eckstein and photo historian Chris Karfakis–explore curatorial, educational, editorial, documentary and fine art projects.
