We are partnering with Shanthi Project to fill your children’s backpacks with the mindfulness tools needed to be successful!

Sessions are divided by grade levels. Each one hour session includes mindful activities, movement, and games taught by a certified Shanthi Project instructor. Children will learn simple tools to help them feel calm, focused, and connected to themselves and those around them.
