The Museum is open late on the Third Thursday of each month to increase access for all! Stop in to see our special exhibitions or wander the American galleries. There is always art making on tap, with different projects and themes each month. Bring a friend or make one! Hours on Third Thursdays are 11 a.m. to 8 p.m., with art making for all beginning at 5:30 p.m. As always, admission to the Museum is FREE, and there is free parking in the Museum’s lot at Linden Street.

In addition to open art making for all ages, there are free monthly Art Labs for teens and adults led by local artists. These workshops run from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. unless noted differently below, and all materials necessary to complete the projects are provided. You can attend the entire workshop or drop in anytime to make art. For more information contact Genesis at grodriguez@allentownartmuseum.org.
Finally, receptions for Community Exhibitions take place on certain Third Thursday evenings in our Community Gallery. Drop in! They’re free and open to the public. See the Community Exhibition schedule HERE.
