Members, have the Museum to yourselves! Grab your yoga mat and join us for a peaceful members-only morning. Soothe your mind, body, and soul with art, yoga, and mindfulness in the quiet hours of the Museum before we open to the public.
9:30 – 10:15AM – Inclusive and beginner-friendly gentle flow yoga and mindfulness session followed by a light breakfast at 10:15 outside the auditorium. Then tour the galleries and immerse yourself in art. *Yoga mats will be available for those who need one. This is a series of three sessions to be held in
September 2025, January 2026, and May 2026.
Please bring your own yoga mat, or use one of ours, to each session which consists of a 30-minute gentle yoga flow (no experience necessary) followed by 15-minutes of relaxing mindfulness practices helping to reduce stress and anxiety, increase focus and emotional regulation, and improve overall health and wellness.
