Creative Connections--APRIL

Creative Connections is a casual yet intimate art-making program where artists and art lovers can connect and learn new skills and techniques from fellow creatives. This community-centric initiative offers the opportunity to create, strengthen connections, and discuss the arts in the Lehigh Valley. Each session is different and presents new techniques and new host artists working in a variety of mediums. Snacks and coffee will be provided. 

This month, muralist Pau Quintanajornet leads a project that invites reflection in a gentle way and through the symbolism of the flower to inspire us to more personal empowerment. We will fuse techniques such as weaving, sewing, embroidery, and drawing to discover who we are as individuals and in the community. The project is based on an ongoing series of workshops that Pau hosts around the world called “De Flores y Cantos.”
