Third Thursday--Game Night

Come to the Allentown Art Museum for a night of fun and games unlike any other in the Lehigh Valley. Go on an adventure with friends in our art-themed Dungeons & Dragons sessions. If D&D isn’t your game, play classic board games in the galleries. You can also try your hand at our mini-model workshop, where you can paint on your own game models or print and paint toys from our 3D printers. All fandoms, gamers, and nerds unite for a night of fun! Admission and game play free.

5–8 p.m.: Games in the Galleries
From the classics like checkers and Battleship to newer games like Catan and Villainous, there are all kinds of board games to enjoy playing, with amazing artwork as the backdrop to the action.

5–7:30 p.m.: Mini-Models Workshop
Drop in to our 3D Maker Station in Art Ways Interactive Family Gallery to paint your own set of complementary dice or print and paint your own unique models on our 3D printers. Experienced model artists will be available to help you get the color and details just right.

6–8 p.m.: Dungeons & Dragons
Whether you’re a first-time D&D player or a level 18 halfling wizard with a deck of many things in your bag of holding, this game offers an adventure for everyone. Join experienced Dungeon Masters on a journey of imagination, fantasy, and artful fun. Sessions are available on a first come first serve basis.
