The Museum is honoring mothers with a special mom-themed Treasure Hunt and art-making project to work on together in Art Ways Interactive Family Gallery from noon till 3 p.m. To engage in even more activities, make mom a Museum member or show your membership card to participate in these member events:
11:30 a.m. Begin your visit with music in our Member Lounge at the Museum Café for a toe-tapping performance by the cast of Northampton High School’s production of Mamma Mia!
noon-3 p.m. After learning how to make sculptural flowers in Art Ways, pop in Rodale Classroom for a Mother’s Day card-making workshop. Please note masks are required in these areas of the Museum.
noon-3:30 p.m. Enjoy tea & scones in the Member Lounge. RSVP in advance and be entered to win a glass paperweight that mom is sure to love.
Sunday, May 8
The Museum is honoring mothers with a special mom-themed Treasure Hunt and art-making project to work on together in Art Ways Interactive Family Gallery from noon till 3 p.m. There’s also a Mother’s Day-themed A La Carte Tour of art from noon till 2 p.m.
Because several of our permanent galleries are closed for renovation, admission to the Museum is pay-what-you-wish on Thursdays through Saturdays. As always, Sunday admission is free.
