We partnered with local organizations to ensure lantern supplies would be handed out to the community. Pick up lantern supplies at the following locations to start collaging and coloring your lantern:
Allentown Art Museum (only available on Sunday, August 16, 12-3pm)
St. Luke’s Sacred Heart Campus Summer Meals Program Pick-Up
Ripple Community, Inc.
Bradbury Sullivan LGBT Community Center
Bethlehem Public Library
Allentown Public Library
Make and decorate your own lanterns without leaving your home.
Thank you to all who submitted their lantern art! The two winners chosen at random to win a gift basket of Crayola art supplies are Rebecca M. and Rebecca B.
Although the winners have already been chosen, we encourage you to continue shining your light by sharing your lanterns by tagging us on social media at @AtownArtMuseum and #AAMLetYoutLightShine or sending us a direct message on social media. Note, we will not see your submission if you tag us from a private profile.
