Welcome, Kyle Edwards, our 2024-2025 Community Art+Action Fellow. This fellowship, generously supported by the Rider-Pool Foundation, is designed to empower community building through the arts. The fellows research local issues, establish strategic partnerships, plan collaboratively, and develop impactful programming opportunities that center the needs of the community. The Museum’s previous Art+Action Fellows were Chloe Cole Wilson and Daniel Djuro-Goiricelaya
Kyle is an artist and entrepreneur who founded a true l.o.v.e story and manages Inkwell, a creative space in downtown Allentown. As an artist, his areas of focus are graphic design, large- and small-scale murals, apparel, event coordinating and entertainment, and creative consultation. He has completed more than twenty murals internationally. His clientele has included the Philadelphia Eagles, FOX Sports, Intuit Quickbooks, the Promenade Shops at Saucon Valley, PPL Center, and many more.
Besides working on commissioned projects, Kyle has a passion for community outreach. He has worked with the Allentown School District and other schools and their students to create inspiring artworks. Additionally, he has collaborated with a variety of nonprofits serving the Lehigh Valley community, including Fine Feather Foundation, Promise Neighborhood, the Caring Place, and many more. Whether working with children to inspire a love for the arts or hosting events uplifting local talent, Kyle lives a life of passion and action!
In his free time Kyle loves spending time with his wife, two children, and friends. He enjoys exploring the local food scene, catching (or hosting) a comedy show, and living an active lifestyle.
